All orders will be prepared for shipping within 3 days time, given the item is in-stock. For items that are out of stock, please allow for a month's time. This is to give us adequate time to restock, and prepare for shipping.
Once the item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. If your tracking number has not been sent within 3 days, reach out to us at info@vocatone.studio with your order confirmation number, and we'll resolve the issue.
Shipping Within United States
For all locations within the US, USPS Shipping will be utilized. USPS guarantees delivery within 2-4 business days for First Class, and 1-2 for Priority Mail Express. Due to the ongoing pandemic and holiday peak season, please allow for potential delays. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Internationally
For all international purchases, USPS shipping will be used as well. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for Priority shipping, and 3 business days for Priority Express. Due to the ongoing pandemic and holiday peak season, please allow for potential delays. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
